Please join us in our beautiful outdoor space the Memorial Garden, as we explore using yoga to integrate our mind, body, and spirit through readings and movement. This is a restorative practice that does not require any prior yoga experience. Bring a mat if you’re able to be on the ground, but if it’s more comfortable, you are welcome to practice while sitting in a chair. Katie Lancaster and Joan O’Neill combined their efforts to bring you “A Mystics Approach to Yoga”
