Service Opportunity Details: Provide phone and walk-in reception for the clients, staff, and center visitors. Duties include: Operating a multi-line phone, screening phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff, providing basic information about the organization, assisting clients with initial check-in needs, and assisting front desk staff with miscellaneous tasks.
