While we are sad that we can’t continue the long standing Kenilworth Union Church tradition of our Christmas pageant, we are excited to offer a Journey to Bethlehem Live Nativity Walk Through on Sunday, December 6 .

We are looking for volunteers to help make this experience come to life in a safe, meaningful and engaging way. Each “actor” will have a script and there will be a rehearsal walk through on Saturday, December 5 time TBD.

Parts are split into two time slots, descriptions below.

Check-in:  We are looking for two volunteers for each time slot to assist in the check in process.  Volunteers will manage reservations and take temperatures of those going on the walk through.

Guides: These volunteers will lead groups through the various scenes.  Groups are in 15 minute increments.

Scene 1: Mary and an Angel, ideally these volunteers would be from the same household.

Scene 2: Shepards and Angels, this would be an opportunity for third graders or students as we can spread out in the memorial garden, but would also work for a family looking to participate too.

Scene 3: Mary, Joseph, Shepard, and Magi, again ideally these volunteers would be from the same household—especially Mary and Joseph.

Thank you for considering—please contact Gina Gooden with your questions!
