January 2022 Covid Update:
Due to the recent surge we will pause on gathering as a large group in Schmidt Chapel. After check-in, children will proceed directly to their classrooms for Sunday school where they will remain until 10:45 a.m. Average class size is 13.
If you miss a week or need to stay at home for any reason, third grade Bible lessons and Godly Play stories for children second grade and younger are available in CONNECT. If this private link does not work, please contact Greta Connor to gain access to the CONNECT link.
The purpose of Children and Family Ministry is to help families develop meaningful relationships with God and others, engage with church rituals and traditions, make faith relevant to daily life, and find Christ’s comfort and hope.
Using the form below, register by age group for Sunday school and midweek groups. Registration is required each year for all children birth–grade 6 to keep parent contact information up to date.
Time: Sunday school will now be 9:45–10:45 a.m. each week. There will be one session of Sunday school for the 2021–22 school year coinciding with 10 a.m. worship.
Location: Check in near Schmidt Chapel at the east end of the building. PreK (3–4 year olds) – Classroom 11; K–2nd grade – Mallott Chapel; 3rd grade – basement classroom 1; 4th grade – basement classroom 2; 5–6th grade – basement classroom 3
Format: Check in to chapel at 9:45 a.m., then have classroom time from 10:15–10:45 a.m.
