Read Sarah Champlin’s Report from last year’s Wilderness Course.
The 2024 Wilderness Course will be held from July 27–August 2, 2024. We will backpack through part of the Olympic National Park, teaching an intensive version of the confirmation curriculum and experiencing the wilderness as a co-teacher, where the water, trails, and winds themselves offer up wisdom about God and God’s world. Payment for this trip will be collected in two installments, the first ($1300) covers all program expenses except the flight. The second payment will be collected in June and will vary depending on flight costs—we expect it to be around $500. The deadline to register for the wilderness course is Sunday, May 26.
