A milestone year at Kenilworth Union Church when children are invited to learn scripture by heart that they will encounter throughout their lives; the Ten Commandments, the 23rd Psalm, the Beatitudes, the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus’ Greatest Commandment, and the Books of the Bible. This energetic youth choir follows the apprenticeship multi-age approach to learning, and has many performance opportunities throughout the church season. The Youth Choir is led by Lisa Bond and Alyssa Bennett. It is a large group for ages 12 and up that meets on Sunday mornings from 11 a.m. to noon (after worship).
Christmas Pageant rehearsal will take place in the Sanctuary following worship on Dec. 3 from 11–11:45 a.m. Children and volunteer parents who are participating in the pageant should plan to attend.
