As a reminder, masks are required for all groups on campus at all times. As we move forward in the reopening process we will continue to follow the state and federal guidelines as well as Jesus’ command to love and care for our neighbors.

Make a reservation with the receptionist in advance along with expected attendance
Ensure you receive the guidelines (essentially all the items below) for hosting an event
Distribute to attendees the “what to expect guidelines”
Provide a complete list of attendees with their contact information.
Arrive early to welcome attendees and ensure protocols are followed by those who enter the building and grounds
Please understand and plan for
Ensuring everyone wears a mask at all times and maintaining social distancing from those outside of his/her household
Access to the restrooms is limited and any use requires following posted safety protocols

Attendance is limited during Resurgence Mitigation Requirements throughout the building
Please stay home if items 1 or 2 apply to you:
1. You have been exposed to COVID-19 or been diagnosed with COVID-19, or
2. You or members of your household have experienced symptoms of cough, fever, muscle pain, sore throat, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills/repeated shaking with chills, headache, and new loss of taste or smell within the past 14 days. To keep the congregation and staff safe from the spread of COVID-19, anyone who fits either of these descriptions cannot be admitted to worship

Please arrive early to your event. Stagger your entrance times into the building and reception desk area
Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a mask while on church grounds and in the buildings
Please stay in your designated area. Avoid congregating in the hallways where your masks are mandatory
Access to the restrooms is limited and requires following posted safety protocols.

At the conclusion of your event, the host will dismiss you through the same main entrance through which you came. Please maintain social distancing and avoid crowding others
Keep your mask on until you are off church property and remain 6 feet apart from people not in your household
Once your event is over and you have been dismissed, please leave church grounds
If you develop signs and symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending an event, whether or not you test positive, please notify the church office. If you test positive within 14 days of attending an event, please notify the church office. Please contact Karen Gaynor or call 847-853-2636.
