Lawrence Hall

Lawrence Hall, one of Kenilworth Union Church’s Outreach Agencies, provides a safe space along with nurturing homes for children and teens who have been removed from their birth families due to abuse and/or neglect. Every year, Lawrence Hall conducts a special Christmas “Wish List” program that offers an enormous bright spot for the children in their care. We need your help to make some Christmas wishes come true!

Please consider supporting a child at Lawrence Hall this Christmas season by signing up to purchase gifts from a child’s “Wish List”. Each “Wish List” will include the child’s name, gender, and age along with their individual toy and clothing wishes. There is a $50 limit on the amount that one should spend on gifts per child/teen.

A few important details to keep in mind:

  1. Gifts should be wrapped when they are dropped off. The deadline to drop off your wrapped gifts is Saturday, December 7 at the Warwick manse between 8 through 11 a.m.
  2. AJN Preschool Families may drop off gifts during the carpool line on Friday, December 6.
  3. Three or Four gifts are recommended per child. Lawrence Hall requests a $50 limit per “Wish List” to create equity among the children.
  4. Please let Julia know by Sunday, December 1 if you and your family would like to participate in this wonderful program.

Please email Julia Peterson if you and your family would like to participate in this wonderful program. Julia will email you back with “your” child’s details. You may take on additional “Wish Lists” if you are so inclined. “Your” child will be forever grateful!
