The purpose of Children and Family Ministry is to help families develop meaningful relationships with God and others, engage with church rituals and traditions, make faith relevant to daily life, and find Christ’s comfort and hope.
The Sunday school year begins on September 19, 2021. Using the form below, register by age group for fall Sunday school and midweek groups. Registration is required each year for all children birth–grade 6 to keep parent contact information up to date.
Time: Sunday school will now be 9:45–10:45 a.m. each week. There will be one session of Sunday school for the 2021–22 school year coinciding with 10 a.m. worship.
Location: In person and outdoors, weather and COVID permitting. Classrooms will be used in inclement weather. We will try to provide an online option if parents request it at registration.
Format: Check in to chapel at 9:45 a.m., then have classroom time from 10:15–10:45 a.m.
COVID Protocols: We will continue to follow CDC and IDPH recommendations. We anticipate that masks will be the CDC guidance for indoor gatherings in the fall. We will utilize outside spaces as much as possible.
