Through the generosity of the congregation, we exceeded our goal and raised over $250,000 for the Outreach fund. A big thank you to all the members of the congregation who made contributions! While we missed the fellowship from our annual Outreach benefit this year, the success of our fundraising appeal enables us to continue to support many well-deserving not-for-profit agencies that provide essential services to less fortunate individuals and families in the Chicago area.

In late May, the Outreach Committee completed its evaluations of the applications for agency grants. This year we will be awarding $475,000 in grants to these agencies. We were inspired by the ingenuity, resourcefulness, adaptability, and dedication these organizations exhibited in order to safely meet the existing and changing needs of the people they serve.
