Our family craft activity was a joyful beginning to the Advent season! In addition to the tangible nativity set, we see the value of this intergenerational event, where families get to meet other families outside of their own children’s ages. One parent of a preschooler got a chance to chat with some of our high school volunteers and learned what lies ahead at Kenilworth Union Church as her child grows past Sunday school and confirmation class. We hope to see you at one of our intergenerational events in the future.
