Our Sunday School volunteers certainly do have heart, and commitment to our program. We continue to be impressed with how quickly the opportunities to lead on Sunday mornings are filled! We are encouraged by those volunteers whose own children are long past Sunday School age, who continue to show up! We are keenly aware that parents are pulled in many directions on Sunday mornings so we are grateful for our volunteers’ willingness to make Sunday School part of their family life. We have been blessed with 19 new families visiting Sunday School since September and 70% of those families returning. Registration for our Sunday School program is up to 187, compared to 156 at this time last year. Though there are many reasons why families are attracted to our Sunday School program, one of those reasons is our wonderful volunteers who bring energy, joy, and commitment each Sunday. Thank you!
