God, let your ancient blessing fall upon us. Do not conceal your presence from us. Let your never outright invisible fundamental holiness bring peace, patience, kindness, gentleness. Let your ancient blessing fall upon us, here amid the rubble of these days, where we drink hope for breakfast and need your nearness in earnest. Bless us, O God. Amen.
