Hallelujah and amen! After an extensive search, we have found our musical and spiritual match for the lovely Dobson organ. Sunday, October 31 will be Eun Ju Joo’s official debut as the Kenilworth Union Church organist.

Eun Joo received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Hansei University in South Korea, as well an additional Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music in New York. In 2016, she earned a Doctorate of Musical Arts in organ performance and literature from the University of Illinois. Eun Joo Ju has over 30 years of experience as organist for many different denominations, and is also the afternoon organist at Elliott Chapel of Presbyterian Homes in Evanston.

She is thrilled to be a part of our church’s music ministry team. Eun Joo lives in Buffalo Grove with her husband and two children. Please join us in welcoming her into our church home. Note that her first official worship service is on Halloween. Be sure to stay for the postlude.
