Nothing can “turn your frown upside down” like keeping a gratitude journal! Particularly during these times of uncertainty and difficulty, reminding yourself of God’s gifts can be quite healing and helpful. We will meet weekly to explore ways you can include art in your journal, things—that are not things—for which we are grateful and share a scripture about gratitude each week. Register here.
