The Spirituality of Sewage:
The State of Our Water Stewardship

Cameron Davis, J.D.

Cameron Davis, commissioner of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, will give a presentation on the state of our water stewardship on Monday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. at Kenilworth Union Church. With his history as a public interest Clean Water Act attorney, Cam will draw on his experiences, most of them specific to the Great Lakes, and discuss the current issues facing our water and the importance of the public to be thoughtful custodians over the precious resource.

Cam was also President Obama’s Great Lakes point person from 2009—2017, and has worked for the National Wildlife Federation and the Alliance for the Great Lakes. He will also engage in a dialogue sermon with the Rev. Dr. William A. Evertsberg at Kenilworth Union worship services on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 9 and 10:30 a.m.
