2024 IMPACT Mission Trip Information and Registration

Hello and welcome to the IMPACT 2024 Summer Mission Trip Registration page. We are so excited for you to join us on this transformative adventure. Here are a few things you should know.

You will need 3 hours of service logged to register. You cannot register without them. If you have not registered your hours yet, use this link.

The total cost for the trip is: $2,300. Downpayment due at registration of $1,200, Final Payment Due May 5, 2024 of $1100.

The cancellation policy for the mission trip downpayment is as follows: all cancellations up to March 1, 2024 will receive a full refund. All cancellations after March 1 will not receive a refund.

Participants will need to log 10 hours of service (on campus at Kenilworth Union Church or with the IMPACT team at one of our many service organizations) to be eligible to go on the trip. Hours are due by May 19, 2024. 

Participants are required to participate in our Mission Trip Fundraisers: Sponsor Letters and our Easter Bake Sale. 

Attendance is one of the most critical aspects of the IMPACT fam. We don’t become the wonderful team that we are overnight, it comes with spending together, and making space for each other, and hearing each other’s stories. Participants are required to attend 9 out of the 11 IMPACT meetings. You are allowed 2 absences without penalty. Once you miss a third meeting, you will be committed to an additional 2 service hours.
