Help Wanted on Ringing Day

Saturday, October 24 in the Culbertson Room

Most of you are aware of (or perhaps devotees of!) the Day by Day calendar. If not please see “The Story of the Day by Day Calendar.”

In this most unusual of years, the committee needed to be very creative in getting the calendar to print and was successfully done. “Ringing Day” is around the corner. This is when we insert rings into the calendars to hold them together and allow us all to set them on stands, or hang them where we like in our homes. Like everything else in our lives these days, we have adjusted the process for everyone’s safety and to comply with new COVID protocols, so this year we need to know in advance who is helping, and when. Please make a date with us at the form below and we hope you can join us!

Ringing Day Reservation

**COVID capacity for the Culbertson Room is set at 30 people, however to keep the six-feet distancing requirement, and because of the space taken from large tables and cases of Day by Day calendars, we will need to limit spaces to 9 tables and 18 people.
