TWELFTH ANNUAL KUC YOUTH MUSIC RETREAT!
SEPTEMBER 17, 18 and 19, 2010
We are starting off an exciting year with our 12th Annual KUC Youth Music Retreat! Please save the dates of September 17-19, 2010 and keep in mind that the deadline for retreat registration is August 31, 2010.
Please read the letter about the retreat and complete the response form and:
- health information form
(must be printed out and signed by parent or legal guardian and mailed to Lisa Bond at KUC) - roommate preference form
Here's how:
Just click on the roommate preference form to open it, save it to your hard drive with a new name, complete the forms and email them as attachments to Lisa Bond's attention at KUC, kuclisa@gmail.com or print out the forms on your printer and bring them to the church. Of course, you could "snail mail" the forms if you prefer.
We are looking forward to receiving your information by August 31, 2010.
